  • Soldier Pile Excavation Shoring and Slope Stabilization
  • Augured, Cast-in-Place Concrete Piles (Caissons)
  • Pole Foundations for Luminaire or Signs
  • Elevator Jack Shafts

This rig has a wheelbase of 14'-3", an overall bumper to bumper length of 20'-5", with width of 96", and travel height of 12'-6" and working height of 28'-6". Rig weight is 22,660 lbs.

Manufactured by TEI Rock Drills our of Montrose, CO, this small, light weight, hydraulic drill is designed and set up to be mounted on our Bobcat 337 Mini-Excavator. We also have special brackets for suspending this small drill from a crane, or it can be broken down into its component parts, hand carried onto a site, and re-assembled for installing anchors and micro-piles on sites where no access is available for self propelled equipment.

The MME250 is ideal for the installation of R32, Titan® 30mm and 40mm injection boring (IBO), or also known as grout injection anchors and micro-piles, rock bolts, as well as blast holes up to 1.75".

The MME250 is hydraulically powered by remote hydraulic power supply units, or off the hydraulic circuits of the mini-excavator or skid-steer hydraulic systems.

The TE250 hydraulic-percussion drifter offers 80 ft/lb of hammer energy at up to 3500 BPM (blows per minute), and delivers 200 ft/lb of rotary torque at up to 250 RPM.

12,500 ft/lb Hydraulic Motor for installing Chance® Helical Piers and Helical Screw
Anchors

Mounted on a specially modified and adapted Hyster forklift mast, which in turn is mounted on our Bobcat 337 min-excavator, our Eskridge 77BA hydraulic motor w/ 12,500 ft/lb of running torque, is ideal for the installation of Chance® Helical Piers and Helical Screw Anchors for both remedial foundation underpinning, and to support new foundation construction.

Separated from the Hyster mast, our 77BA can be directly mounted to any mini-excavator for tieback anchor installations for soils retention, and seismic applications.

5,000 ft/lb Hydraulic Installation equipment for Chance® Helical Pier Foundation Underpinning System and Helical Screw Anchors - Hand-portable or mini-excavator and fork-lift mounted

Our Eskridge D50 is specially adapted for both hand-portable operation, and can be mounted on both mini-excavators and fork-lifts, for use in the installation of Chance® Helical Piers and Helical Screw Anchors for remedial foundation underpinning, and to support new foundation construction as well as tie-backs and tiedowns for soils retention and seismic applications.

Both of our Eskridge D50 installing motors, with support hoses and power units, have been converted to operate using EPA approved hydraulic oils for environmentally sensitive sites.

Mini-Excavator with specialized mounts for augured drilling of shafts for soldier piles, caissons, pole foundations, for hydraulic breaker hammer for pin pile driving, and for tie-back, tie-down, rock bolt and micro-pile drilling

Our Bobcat 337 is easily adaptable for diverse uses installing tiebacks, tie-downs and rock bolts with our MME250 drill, as well as our shop build tieback drills, drilling shafts for sign foundations and pole barn foundations, drywells, soldier piles and augured caissons, and for driving 2", 3", and 4" pin piles, as well as general excavation work.

The Bobcat 337 has a base weight of 11,586 lbs without attachments, with a track width of 6'-3" and length from back of tracks to end of blade of 10'-6", an overall travel length of 18'-7", a clearance height at the ROPS cab of 8'-4", and a tail swing clearance of 2'-2". The ROPS cab is removable for special applications inside buildings, or under low clearance structures for increased versatility.
4500 ft/lb Hydraulic Auger Drive is easily mounted on our Bobcat 337 Mini-Excavator for augured shafts, soldier piles where large and heavy, truck and track mounted drilling rigs have no access, and has an output rating of 4500 ft/lb torque. With this unit we have drilled shafts for soldier piles up to 40' depth and up to 36" diameter.

Mounted on our Bobcat 337 mini-Excavator, our Hammeroc HR50 hydraulic pile hammers have a hammer impact force rating of 750 ft/lb @ 500-950 BPM (blow per minute), and is used for driving 2", 3", and 4" pin piles, aka mini-piles or needle piles. These piles are used to underpin, support and level existing, settled foundations and to support new foundation construction as well as the construction of small, soldier pile wall for soils retention and excavation support.

Driven to refusal, these piles are generally accepted to have an allowable capacity of 4-6 kips for 2" piles, 8-16 kips for 3" piles, and 12-20 kips for 4" piles.

Manufactured by the Rhino Tool Co. the PD140 is a hand-portable, pneumatic pile driver with a weight of 140 pounds, and is used for the installation of 2", 3", and 4" pin piles. Installed to refusal, using the PD140 pile hammer, these piles are generally considered to have an allowable capacity of 4 to 6 kips (4000 to 6000 pounds), and are used in the underpinning and support of existing structures, as well as to support new foundation construction.
