T-OZ CONSTRUCTION, INC. offers an affordable alternative to foundation and retaining wall, installation and repairs. Helical anchor/piers also provide an innovative alternative in environmentally sensitive situations where minimal to no disturbance of the habitat or ecosystem is tolerated, yet anchorage for logs or other streambed protection, elevated walkway or platform above sensitive wetlands, or many other environmental applications, are necessary.

With hand portable equipment, installation of helical anchor/piers is a virtually non-invasive process.
The many advantages of helical anchor/piers include:
fewer and smaller equipment meaning lower mob costs,
less impact to the job site,
less personnel,
limited access production,
very minimal spoils for a cleaner jobsite,
and the ability to monitor capacities during installation.

Put it all together, and it presents a cost effective alternative to traditional augered caissons, augercast and driven piles, and grouted anchors.

T-OZ CONSTRUCTION, INC. has successfully used Chance® HELICAL PIERS and the patented underpinning bracket by the AB Chance Co. to underpin, raise and support settled foundations, stabilize foundations from further settlement, underpin and raise brick columns, walls, and brick chimneys, as well as provide piers for new foundation construction.

T-OZ CONSTRUCTION, INC. has successfully installed inside homes through openings cut in the floor, where crawlspace height, or under deck height, is insufficient to allow installations. We have also installed helical screw anchors to tie back existing retaining walls and basement foundation walls, both inside and outside of existing homes and buildings.
