T-OZ Construction is not your run-of-the-mill company. Founded in 1996, by Tom Osborne, the firm specializes in foundation repair, for existing homes and commercial buildings. T-OZ is a specialty contractor, with a focus on the use of specialized portable equipment, materials, and techniques that provide a non-invasive approach to the foundation repair, including underpinning, hand excavation, drilled shafts, to stabilize and support existing foundations to lift and level homes or buildings that have settled. T-OZ has specialized equipment for driven and drilled shaft piles for retaining wall construction in limited or no access situations as well as grout injection (IBO) anchors, micropiles and pin piles

Owner, Tom Osborne, has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sector in this type of construction, and is recognized as an expert in the foundation underpinning and repair industry. He is a certified installer of Chance® HELICAL PIER foundation underpinning system and Helical Screw Anchors®. He is a licensed Washington State well driller and has completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Training, and Hazardous Supervisor Training.
