T-OZ Construction, Inc. has successfully and repeatedly, used the Chance® Helical Pier Foundation Underpinning System. It is used to underpin, raise and support settled foundations; stabilize foundations from further settlement; underpin, raise, re-align and stabilize brick columns, walls, and brick chimneys; and provide piers to support new foundation construction.
With specially developed and manufactured, hand portable equipment, installation of helical anchor/piers is a virtually non-invasive process.
The many advantages of helical anchor/piers include:

• smaller and less equipment requirements meaning lower job costs,
• less impact to the job site,
• less personnel,
• limited access production,
• no spoils for a cleaner jobsite,
• and the ability to monitor capacities during installation.
